Received a letter through the door Yesterday (dated 7th May 2009) advising dates of weekend overnight work taking place at Purfleet, to replace the UP Main. These dates & times are:
17/05/09 0035 to 17/05/09 0825 (Sun)
05/07/09 0035 to 06/07/09 0250 (Sun-Mon)
12/07/09 0035 to 13/07/09 0250 (Sun-Mon)
19/07/09 0105 to 20/07/09 0250 (Sun-Mon)
26/07/09 0035 to 27/07/09 0250 (Sun-Mon)
*06/09/09 2350 to 07/09/09 0850 (Sun-Mon)*
05/12/09 2350 to 06/12/09 0850 (Sat-Sun)
2010
17/07/10 2350 to 18/07/10 0850 (Sat-Sun)
*suspect this should be Sat 05 to Sun 06

From my front bedroom window I can see the HS1 Aveley viaduct (when the leaves are not on the trees that is) & the line is a couple of minutes walk from the line so, you never know, a few phtos may appear here in the future
