It wasn't until I was looking through my photograph collection that I realised I have a couple photo's of loco's that once worked this line.
Below is one of the only two remaining 2-6-4's and this one is currently preserved in the NRM at York.
I must return and get a better picture of this beauty soon. I have both an N Gauge (80064) and OO Gauge (80033) model of 2-6-4's that I now love so much.

I must find the picture of this one and Thundersley, which is currently in Bressingham Museum, Near Diss, Norfolk.

I knew I had a photo of this one and 2-6-4 Ex-LT&SR 80079. I took this when I visited the SVR back in the 1980's.
I actually got to stand on the footplate and chatting with the crew, much to my enjoyment soon after taking this same photo. Yes, I was choked.
