Further to the talk of BR standard 2-6-4Tanks in preservation, in particular "supersonicade" quest to see these locos, Steam Railway magazine in May 2003 lists all the 800 types that have survived. Not sure how we stand for copyright but they are:-
80002 80064 80072* 80078* 80079* 80080* 80097* 80098* 80100* 80104* 80105* 80135* 80136* 80150 80151
The starred numbers were all at Plaistow or Tilbury - spooky hey!!

Intresting Very Happy. Might also be worth noting where they are currently:

80002 - Keighley & Worth Valley Railway
80064 - Bluebell Railway - http://37427.fotopic.net/p38913113.html
80072 - Llangollen Railway
80078 - Swanage Railway
80079 - Severn Valley Railway
80080 - Midland Railway Centre
80097 - East Lancashire Railway
80098 - Churnet Valley Railway - http://37427.fotopic.net/p28433357.html
80100 - Bluebell Railway
80104 - Swanage Railway - http://37427.fotopic.net/p32225108.html
80105 - Wensleydale Railway - http://37427.fotopic.net/p44047189.html
80135 - North Yorkshire Moors Railway - http://37427.fotopic.net/p41027620.html
80136 - West Somerset Railway
80150 - Barry Island Railway
80151 - Bluebell Railway - http://37427.fotopic.net/p38912904.html

Seems the Bluebell likes the class Laughing

Ex-LT&SR Standard Tank 80079 as seen on SVR a few years ago, before I got to stand upon the footplate.
