Some more interesting picturesGot a few more photos for you. Enjoy
This is a 321 going to East Ham sheds
The bridges over the Barking Creek, remembering that all 6 bridges were used before the works in 1960 and that the Gospel Oak bridge on the left didnt exist.
Plaistow showing all 6 platforms, you couldnt see this view for a number of years because of the vegetation but now its all been removed you can.
Upton Park sidings, I remember as a kid watching a class 37 reversing into the sidings to pick up some wagons ( few years ago )
A sign from the LMS warning trespassers, this is located between Upton Park and Plaistow and is indicated.
A lamp post now covered in weed which when you look at old photos of Plaistow you will see it there in all its glory, even before the weed grew on it it still has the bulb and the shades.
Abbey Mills junction as it is today
Cambell road junction going westbound.
East Ham station is next illuistrating the LTSR ironwork that is at most of the stations from upminster to Cambell road on the LUL network
Any further pictures from days gone by would be interesting if there are any available.
