On the 2nd August 2007, I went out for the Serco test train. Running under headcode 1Q14, I went out to Barking, Limehouse and Pitsea to see it. The plan was to catch it at Basildon on one of it's runs back upto Fenchurch St., but this was when I had that trouble with the nark at Basildon.
Firstly at Basildon, we see my pet unit, 357028.
Here we see 37218 pull into Barking with 37259 on the rear.
357223 leaves Barking on a Grays - Fenchurch St. service.
37259 now leads 37218 back to Fenchurch St. at Barking.
35044 at Limehouse.
37218 leads again at Limehouse, working to Shoeburyness via Basildon.
357039 pulls into Limehouse.
2 UID 357's work to Shoeburyness across Pitsea Marshes.
37218 leads 37259 across Pitsea Marshes for the last time.

Great Pictures. Pitsea Marshes had me in fits of laughter, due to a school memory. Very sadly, the person who was responsible, got killed in an RTA in the 1960's, but thanks anyway.
