Cor this was Thursday the 8th of Feb and I grabbed a few pictures from East Ham yard at about 2 oclock pm. Funnily enough the next day the Pullmans were being pulled out of the depot by a class 47 and I never managed to get the cmaera out in time Rolling Eyes

EXCELLENT shots Thank you. One day, I just MIGHT get to ride 'Up front' from Upminster to earls court with you, like I did to Richmond many moons ago, then I too could get some pictures like this? Nice to see the Silverlink 321 sitting outside. That shows they are there as well, as much as I believe informants, but some may not when they said they were on the line.

What I'd do for a ride in a district cab! I always wait at Barking in case the guy has finished and wants to go to Upminster. Doesn't happen often, and they seem not to notice my "I need company look!"

Some years ago, I did Upminster to Richmond and back in the cab. Very nice indeed. I did try to get a ride on Victoria Line after, but nothing came of it.
