Just joined this morning.
I live in Pitsea area and can remember when Basildon Station was not.
My main interest is, Local History of West Ham and East Ham and found this site by accident whilst trawling the internet looking for some old photo's of the Upton Park Sidings cica 1955/60, Coal Yard and Electron Works. Can anybody help please.
I'm not really a Railway Buff but have always lived along the line. Upton Park, Tilbury, Southend and now Pitsea. Probally may be able to input some memories but never any techy stuff.

Still let's just suck it and see eh.
Help with any photo's would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum Bazzer. Great to have you on board and look forward to your posts. I have some phot's on here that I took the day Tilbury Riverside closed down. What a sad day that was as well. I had tremendous pleasure, even as sad as it was, to be on the last passenger train from there and in fact, I was also the last to board before departure.
