Pictured below, but away from home, is 37 892 'Ripple Lane' while on duty at Kings Lynn a few years back.

I had the pleasure of being there when it was worked in and so got this picture.

Class 47 219 at Red signal in Dagenham Dock while working a down freight.

The same loco again shortly afterwards, after detaching the wagons and heading back up to Ripple Lane.

Class 86 210 while heading a double-header freight working through Dagenham Dock with a down freight of containers, more than likely then heading for Tilbury.

ARC class 59 102 heading a down freight through Dagenham Dock, the same day as the above pictures were taken. I hadn't realised at the time, just how much freight passes through there in the course of one day. I was there just over the hour.

Note the original NSE station nameboards?

Unfortunately I don't have any "vintage" photos of freight on the LT&SR Crying or Very sad, but here are some modern shots instead Very Happy, probably not to everyone taste Sad:

66058 with the 6V98 MoD service

66006 + 66xxx with 1Z74 Water Cannon

Also here's a shot of the "c2c style" station sign at Leigh
