With the opening of the Eurostar terminus now at St. Pancras, their trains come via Stratford, exiting a tunnel very close to Dagenham Dock station, with their own line running along behind the station on the River Thames side and I was fortunate enough to see 2 of them while there on Sunday and JUST got my camera up as this one came along.

I apologise for not getting the front of it, but at the speed it appeared, this was too fast for my camera to capture it.

Urm, sorry to be pedantic but the term "Eurostar's" means it belongs to a Eurostar - Basically you don't need the apostrophe Wink

I will be that way again on possibly Sunday morning, as I am in good old Dagenham over the weekend. I wish to get some better pictures of the Eurostar.

Hi guys,

Just thought I'd add my penny's worth into the mix.

This Eurostar is seen at Rainham on the 26th April 2008..

Just a point with regards to taking the actual photo: The shot was taken about 16:30pm, so the light was starting to weaken which meant I had to up the shutter speed on the camera. This shot was taken at 1/1250 of a second, with an f/4.5 aperature at ISO 100. It worked, but could have been a touch better.

I feel that is a Cracking shot of it. I was just down the road at Laindon when you took it, but not getting pictures.
