One utterly stupid Southend Councillor has come up with the idea to have and I kid you not, a Dining Car on the Pier trains in order to attract more visitors. I have heard of some stupid ideas, but this I thought was an April Fools joke, so if it is, then the joke is on the bloke that came up with it. His name is Mike, but I feel his parents should have named him Rodney? Rolling Eyes

lol, and how much slower would they have to run the train at to give enough time for passengers to eat their food without it being thrown off the table as the train rocks vilently from side to side? Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
