I have just read on another forum that news is going about the this line is to lose the C2C logo and be re-branded as the dreadful name of 'ONE' for some silly reason. If any of you guys get confirmation of this, please place it on here ASAP? Thank You.

Nothing official. I did hear that National Express were going to use a common brand in the future.

Not a lot of people know that ONE stands for Owned by National Express.. A mid level manager told me that, so it must be true!

I'd quite like to be part of One. Might be able to take on some of their work! 357's are cleared to Southend Vic after all.

Even as a minor shareholder, I agree with your dad. They are Cr*p. 8p maximum dividend on a share?

There so f*cking cheap aswell, my dad and some other platform staff were asked once to clear a train of rubbish, my dad questioned them about it, he said to me "They have cleaning staff, so why did they ask us have to do something which is not our job, we dont even get paid for this"

Another example: The company provided him with a waist-jacket, with the One logo on it, a few months later they turned around and said "your not supposed to wear that". My dad said to me "This proves how stupid the company I work for is". I asked him "Was WAGN any better?". He said "Yes, but not very much better". Rolling Eyes

I worked on WAGN as an RPI, Security Auditor and then a Train Cleaning Supervisor until I caught 2 guys going home over an hour early and got 3 excuses so took it to the Manager. They then falsely claimed I was falsifying my timesheet and got downgraded to Train Cleaner. I did this for three days, sent for a medical at Euston, had BAD Angina attack on the way, sent for Heart tests, then given choice of Early Retirement at 55, or the sack. I took ER and kept my free passes.

They were Merchant Bankers. Laughing

c2c are to be rebranded soon apprantly, Offical reports from National Express state that they are going to be linked with the East Anglia franchise Shocked

Your story has come true, but they deffinately won't get that ONE branding rubbish, they might end up with the NXEA branding as currently applied to 90003...

Thank you for the link Steve, but will passengers get better deals/services compared to what they constantly moan about?
